First, decide who you want to book a tour for:
1) a whole group of up to 10 people, who you gather yourself;
2) for each person individually, to join the guaranteed departure group that we gather ourselves;
3) anyone you care about by buying a gift certificate from us.
Then, think about the dates:
• You can choose any day of the week, when you order a tour for a whole group.
• To join the guaranteed departure tour, please follow the news on our Facebook page, sign up for the newsletter, or check our website for announcements. Then choose the date that suits you, message us and book your spot.

What about the payment?
Payment is made after we confirm your reservation. When booking a tour for the whole group, 30% of the cost should be paid to us immediately, so that we reserve the chosen date for you.

3. Cash upon arrival on the day (available for short one-day tours only)
Non-cash payment must be made at least one day before the tour starts.

We'll send you a checklist of things to take with you, we'll remind you about the approaching tour date and we'll answer any of your questions.

Preparation

Majority of our tours start in Visaginas or in nearby towns and take place in the Gražutės Regional Park, in the north-eastern part of Lithuania. "Gražutė" is beautiful from Lithuanian, so you can be sure to see only the most gorgeous nature views here.
You can take part in a huge range of outdoor activities in Gražutės Regional Park. From hiking and mountain biking to stand-up paddle boarding and other watersports, spending a few days in the regional park before or after your trip is a wonderful way to experience this spectacular part of the world. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact us to enquire about additional accommodation.
Some of our itineraries also continue on to the Aukštaitija National Park, which is another part of Lithuania that we call home and know very well.

Our tours are all-inclusive, so you generally don't need to bring any extra money with you. However, you can bring some extra money to cover such items as additional drinks, snacks, souvenirs. The Local currency is the Euro (€). We advise you travel with cash as most restaurants and local shops will like to be paid in cash.
Winter
If you are planning a winter visit, it's good idea to be prepared for some cold weather. During the activities the body activity usually generates enough heat to keep your body warm but during the breaks you'll get cold easily. Therefore it is very important to have a warm coat or a waistcoat to wear during the stops. The best way to protect oneself from the cold is to wear a number of thin layers rather than a few thick ones. The outer garment should be windproof. Special attention should be paid to the feet, fingers and face.
Here is an example what the clothing could include:
Underwear – Synthetic underwear (polypropylene, polyester), wool or silk is better than cotton. Skin-tight underwear removes moisture from the skin.
Mid-layer clothing – Eg. fleece or woollen garments. Mid-layer clothing makes it possible to adjust thermal insulation according to the weather and rate of physical activity.
Outer garment – Windproof coat and trousers (it is not necessary to be waterproof like Gore-tex)
Head – Windproof hat which protects the ears as well. Remember to protect your face too, especially if it's windy. A balaclava or a scarf may be useful.
Hands – Windproof mittens protect your fingers better than gloves. For the breaks you can have another pair of big mittens to be put over the others.
Feet – Socks made of wool mixtures are the best choice. Cotton sports socks are not good for the cold weather! Winter shoes should have thick soles and be a size larger than your summer ones. Ideal shoes have enough space also for knitted woollen socks to be put over the other socks.
Summer
For summer outdoor activity tours you should remember that the weather conditions can also be variable. Be prepared for cold weather and rain also! It is necessary to bring some kind of waterproof jacket and trousers for possible rainy days.
You can wear hiking boots or jogging/training shoes, which ever you prefer, but you must remember to dry them out during the night if they get wet. Take also plenty of spare socks and underwear as washing machines are not available.
It is also important to have a small rucksack for carrying lunch, camera, rain clothes, water bottle, mosquito repellent etc.
